  1. Both parties agree to develop the exchange of students, faculty and research.
  2. UMT participants can now transfer to Southeast Missouri State University after two years of study at UMT, or they can study for a year or semester in any five colleges of Southeast Missouri State University.
  3. Degrees will be awarded by the institution where the final years are studied.
  4. Both institutions agreed to conduct joint research in the field of mutual interest.
  5. UMT students with 3.0 GPA are exempted from IELTS.
  6. Both Universities will assist permanent faculties to visit each other in terms of their visit & accommodation.
  7. Internationalization departments will support their perspective students & staff in having visas and supporting travel Documents.
  8. This agreement is effective for the period of five years.

  3. A research supervision collaboration program that will allow the provision of professors to supervise the research thesis of MS and PhD programs at both universities.
  4. A research collaboration program for faculty of TTU and UMT for designing joint research proposals, bidding for research grants, and executing the mutually designed research projects
  5. A fellowship program for the faculty of UMT pursuing PhD degree. The program will facilitate the selection of UMT faculty for fellowship at TTU in areas of relevance to their research.
  6. This LoI will be effective for 4 years from the last signature date and either party may terminate at any time by giving the other party written notice.
